Accommodation options range from one, two and three-bedroom sectional title apartments, with one or more bathrooms, all with a lounge/dining room, separate kitchen and some with pantries. Units have their own covered patios or small gardens to enjoy the outdoors. There are a total of 63 Units divided across three blocks. Some Units are available for rental direct from the owners.

Owners can alter and decorate the interior of their homes to reflect their personal tastes. The larger than average rooms allow plenty of scope for this. All Units are north facing and have large windows which welcome the South African sunlight. The units are set in pretty, well-maintained gardens.

Rosebank Village has recently installed the necessary infrastructure to connect fibre to all the apartments. Any resident wanting to make use of the fibre to set up a wifi system can do so for a once off connection fee. Wifi-enabled apartments are also fitted with an intercom system that can be used to call nursing staff or security in case of an emergency.
